When celebrated chef Heston Blumenthal (he of three Michelin stars) is quoted as saying, "K&M takes the very essence of a chippy and just makes it so much better," it's time to take note.

K&M refers to Kerbisher & Malt, a fish and chip shop, modern in both its decor and the sustainably sourced fare. Fresh off the success of their Hammersmith location, Kerbisher & Malt has just opened a second location in Ealing, once again enlisting Alexander Waterworth Interiors for the design. In this iteration, the young designers Alexander Evangelou and James Waterworth have taken a former kebab house and transformed it into something 'fresh, informal, and fun' while keeping some of the original elements of the first location.
