Currently coveting: Barber & Osgerby's new tabletop line for Royal Doulton. Consisting of 40 pieces (including a flatware set), the Olio line is meant to be mixed and matched. "The range is built from a combination of materials, including ceramic, wood, and stainless steel, as well as a range of surface finishes: glazed, unglazed, matte, shiny," according to the designers. "It's an idiosyncratic mix of shapes and materials and is not meant to be a 'set'; it's a collection, and because of that, the pieces will sit happily alongside other objects in the home." The line will be available in the UK in May; see more at Barber & Osgerby.
